Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made upfront or as per the agreed payment schedule. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you have any concerns, please contact us to resolve them.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials, including content, branding assets, and relevant details, in a timely manner. Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.
Revision & Ownership
We offer a set number of revisions based on the selected service package. Once the final payment is made, the website and design assets become the client’s property. However, Varnam Designs reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools or services (such as hosting, domains, or analytics). Varnam Designs is not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party providers.
Limitations of Liability
Varnam Designs is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost revenue, technical failures, or security breaches. Clients are responsible for maintaining their website’s security after delivery unless subscribed to our maintenance plan.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party fails to meet agreed obligations. If the client terminates the project after work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
